Supplement for double rooms for single use
For the double room for single use, a surcharge on the price is applied.

Weekend Stays
Weekend stays can only be booked in the short term.
We charge a 20% surcharge when booking one or two nights.  

Arrivals and departures
Check in from 14.00 to 20.00: the day of your arrival, the room, free parking and all services are at your disposal from 14.00 (if you plan to arrive earlier or later than 20.00 we kindly ask you to inform us)  

On the day of your departure, please leave the room by 11.00.
On the day of departure, it will be possible to make a late check out based on the availability of the room. This service will have an additional cost.
In case of late arrival and early departure, the full price of the room will be charged.  

OBLIGATORY CONTRIBUTION FIEMME VALLE VIVA 
€ 3,00 a day for the environment and for you!! Instead of the usual tourist tax, a guest card that gives you more! (children 0/14 years free)
The Fiemme E-Motion card will in fact include a lot of activities for the family, non-skiers, active lifestyle, relaxation, taste and culture. The final program of the activities included will be published on our website as soon as available.  

Non-smoking rooms
All rooms are "non-smoking".

Reservation of the preferred room number
We would be happy to consider any preferences for the rooms, however we cannot guarantee the reservation of the preferred room number!  

EARLY DEPARTURE:
As per regulations in case of early departure, 100% of the missing nights will be charged net of the services that will not be provided.

Pets
for your 4-legged friends, supplement for cleaning and sanitizing according to size SMALL and AVERAGE: € 15.00 per day Access to dogs is allowed exclusively: in the stube and in the garden. Access is forbidden in the Sala di Sissi, Sala Bracconiere and in the Wellness area.
